Built specifically for the hospitality industry, Workflow Builder allows hotel teams to create task automation using real-time triggers such as products or services being added to a reservation, length of stay, rate code, booking source, guest VIP status, late check-outs, and more. For example, a property can create a custom automation flow for guests who book with a specific partner, ensuring a VIP welcome package is placed in their room pre-arrival. 

With a no-code visual builder, hotels can now eliminate manual processes, reduce human error, and provide more consistent guest service.
